I really can’t say enough good things about CT Family Dental. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with smiles and this genuine warmth that makes you feel comfortable right away. The office is always so clean, beautiful, and well kept, and you can tell they really care about creating a space that feels welcoming. But what really makes this place special is the people. The staff are so friendly and personable. They take the time to know their patients by name, and even when I’m just walking through the hallway, someone will greet me by name. That may seem like a small thing, but it means a lot. It makes you feel seen and remembered, not like you’re just another patient coming through the door. There have also been multiple times when they’ve sat down with me just to make sure my concerns were heard, everything was explained clearly, and I felt comfortable with my care. I’ve never felt rushed or like my questions didn’t matter. Even my conversations with management and the doctors feel so natural. We talk and laugh like we’ve known each other for years. There’s just a level of comfort and personal connection here that I haven’t experienced in many places. You can tell they truly care about the people they serve. I never leave feeling like I was just another appointment on the schedule. I leave feeling cared for, respected, and honestly, like family. That’s what makes CT Family Dental different. You walk in as a patient, but they have a way of making you feel like you belong there.

Highly recommend this facility!!!! They really put the family feel in the name. From someone who’s neglected their dental health for a few years it can be overwhelming. These people are professional and very knowledgeable. Sometime getting dental work done can be anxious in itself but they make you feel relaxed. My hygienists Shannon was amazing, the ladies who work in the front from the scheduling, receptionist, and coordinator Nicole, Kayla, Tan (forgive me if I misspelled) they have to be some of the best people to work with. We have been going to this dental office for 7 years if not more and I am always so happy with the service. Nicole in the front is amazing and such a friendly person. I have to learn the newer staff names in the front but they are equally as friendly. Dr. T is great with my kids and myself. While we miss JoJo, the new the hygienist is amazing as well. I have seen her 2 times now and all of my children have had their teeth cleaned! I highly recommend CT Family Dental. I dont want to bring my family anywhere else. (I had to while my kids had husky and they stopped accepting it and added them to my dental to ensure they got the best Dentist!) That was the worst year they also love this practice and for kids that says something!

It's a great place to get dental work done.. my kids n i been getting work done here for a while. Very friendly staff. Nice n clean. Bright. It's welcoming
